We currently only deliver within Georgia.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We offer fast and efficient delivery to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition:

Tbilisi: Delivery within 1-2 hours from order confirmation.
Other cities in Georgia: Delivery within up to 2 business days, depending on the location.
Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free delivery may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount, subject to promotional offers.

4. Delivery Process

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your wine arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product for a quick resolution.
We will either replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
