2.2 Availability & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in LARI (GEL) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Limited edition wines and exclusive releases may be available in restricted quantities.

2.3 Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payments must be made using approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted methods.

2.4 Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently offer delivery services only within Georgia.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service. We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or failed delivery.

3. Wine Tastings & Experiences

3.1 Booking & Cancellations

  • Wine tasting experiences at our 17th-century wine cellar in Tbilisi must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made as soon as you know. 

3.2 Behavior & Responsible Drinking

  • Guests must consume alcohol responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

  • Karalashvili Wine Cellar is not liable for any incidents resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of wine as a perishable product, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged upon arrival or has a quality defect.

  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence.
